Returns Policy


Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was in when shipped. It must also be in the original packaging.

Products that are exempt from being returned:


Pre built coils

Opened cotton packages

To complete your refund we require proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain instances where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, packaging, or is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return has been received, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspection of the returned product, we will notify you via email as to whether or not your application for a refund has been accepted or rejected.

If you application for a refund has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your store account.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund. 


We do not allow exchanges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be responsible for packages mislaid or incorrectly delivered by your courier /  shipping service.
